Our return to the Brown Cow after several years, and it really went with a bang. Dancing from the first song to the last! Brilliant!!
As always with People First, we had a fantastic night, and were also lucky enough to have the help of Bingley Camera Club taking photos.
A wonderful celebratory atmosphere for a landmark birthday. The venue was compact and the crowd was enthusiastic and inviting. Great fun!
Formed in 2010, Playing for Kicks have taken our eclectic assortment of rock and pop covers as far afield as France and Wales, but mainly all corners of Bradford. Our line-up has changed little over more than 150 gigs.
Plays the easy bits and leaves the tricky stuff to others, mainly so he can bop about, while imagining he’s in front of the mirror with a hairbrush.
Somehow combines laid back cool with great dynamic playing. Our longest serving bass player, he has proved a real asset!
Feeds us with her energy, loves stepping forward, but is never happier than when she’s bashing away at the back... ahem...
Our newest member. Nat joined us at the beginning of 2023 and her fantastic voice and harmonies gives us a whole new dynamic
